Our Process

STEP #1  >>  Determining who is in charge of website designing and editing decisions for this process.  Most of the time this is one person.  Small business's usually have one person like the owner of the company as the person in charge.  Larger companies and non-profits must consider the opinions of large bodies of members.  When working with a lot of board members, it is best to have one person or liaison assigned to communicate the board’s wishes to the designer. There will be many ideas and requests for changes come forward from all different departments, board members, etc. These ideas and requests must be prioritized and balanced to achieve the overall goals of the company. It is impossible to please everyone at the same time. The liaison can work through these issues in advance and bring the final decision to the designer for implementation. This will save you a tremendous amount of headaches and stress in the long run, trust me.

STEP #2 >>  A conference call (via phone or video) is set up to meet with Audi and I regarding ideas. We need to understand the company, your goals, and personalities for a deep understanding of who you are and what you represent in order to create a good design for you. We want to meet you!
STEP #3 >> Information requested from the conference call including all necessary text and images is sent to us.
STEP #4 >> We will then prepare a first draft by a designated deadline for the initial design.
STEP #5 >> Review that design live on our test site which can be viewed and navigated like a normal website anywhere there is an Internet connection.
STEP #6 >> Necessary edits and changes can be negotiated for as long as needed until the site looks and functions the way your company deems acceptable.
STEP #7 >> The new design is transferred and replaces the existing website (is there is one) under your current domain.  If you don't have a domain name, we can register one for you.  Emails will also need to be taken care of during this time.
STEP #8 >> Admin controls are assigned to those who wish to receive the free website training and an appointment is scheduled to deliver that training.
STEP #9 >> Hooray!!! You are ready to thrive!
